Dear Friends
Welcome to my uncensored blog, if you are looking for the truth about government in New Jersey you have come to the right place.
As you know I was a regular contributor to the Bergen Record, nj.com and NJ Law Journal websites. In the last few weeks my posts on these sites have been deleted for various reasons - none of which included an allegation that I had posted something false.
I believe that the exposure of Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli's conduct with respect to criminal defendants (represented by Robert Galantucci and James Patuto) has created turmoil and anxiety within the confines of the Bergen County "Justice" Center. In my view the Bergen Record was somehow convinced to remove what I have posted from their site and in some cases have been convinced to avoid coverage of crimes committed by employees of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
What they did cover (and I commented on repeatedly) included the 2 stories that follow.
John Molinelli granted (over the objections of the AG and Probation services) PTI to a medical Doctor who sexually assaulted 12 of his female patients. In an unprecedented abuse of prosecutorial discretion this doctor was given "once in a lifetime PTI" twice. That prosecutorial misconduct was covered by the Record here:

and here:

When a headline reads "Feds allege Ferriero got $500,000 to help doctor; say power broker was paid to influence groping cases" and the prosecutor hands PTI to a man who sexually assaulted a dozen female patients something more than hand wringing must be accomplished.
It appears that Chris Christie had this information when he occupied the Office of US Attorney and chose not to act on it.
It is obvious that he now has this information in his capacity as Governor and is actively aiding and abetting rampant criminality within the Bergen County Courthouse.
Emboldened by the fact that he got away with giving Doctor Gangaram Ragi a "get out of jail for a fee card", Molinelli went on to allow a public employee from Ridgewood to escape jail time and retain his pension after stealing over $800,000 in loose quarters from Village parking meter collections. That defendant (Thomas Rica) was required to pay back less than $500,000 of the stolen money and he is using his pension to make restitution while he serves his probation. Official misconduct of this magnitude provides for a mandatory 5 year minimum jail sentence. This man will not serve a single day in jail and is keeping more than he must repay.
Both of these men were represented by Galantucci and Patuto.
Decades ago a firefighter named Michael Deorio was indicted on multiple counts which included loan sharking, book making, weapons possession and conspiracy. He pled guilty to 4 counts and received a jail sentence of one day in jail along with 4 years of probation for each count that he pled guilty to.
The charges against Firefighter Deorio would normally require the permanent forfeiture of public employment (more so given the fact that he was bookmaking out of a firehouse). Somehow Firefighter Deorio served his jail time and probation while employed as a North Bergen NJ Firefighter. His lawyer? James Patuto.
It is alleged that years later Deorio had this record expunged - mysteriously the expungement files are missing from the Bergen County Courthouse and the only record available is an unsigned Order granting this expungement bearing the name of Judge Jonathan Harris. Since the crimes committed by Deorio touched on his employment, he was not eligible for an expungement. Any application for an expungement that denied this connection to his job would be fraud upon the Court - it bears repeating that the expungement file was emptied by an unidentified party without any legal justification.
Today Firefighter Deorio collects a pension as a retired Battalion Chief and draws 2 salaries as a Co-Executive Director of the North Hudson FD and as a Confidential Aid to the North Bergen Public Safety Director.
Tomorrow I will detail the crimes committed by First Executive Assistant Prosecutor Frank Puccio in connection with a public auction at which Molinelli sold counterfeit sports memorabilia to unsuspecting bidders.
